Colorful Ceramics LLC, d/b/a StationMax (“StationMax,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, your rights regarding your information, and how to contact us with questions or concerns.

By using the StationMax website, purchasing our products, or subscribing to our services, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

  • Order Information: Products purchased, order history, shipping addresses, and return/refund requests.
  • Communications: Information you provide when you contact us via email, the contact form, or other channels, including support requests and feedback.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Device & Browser Information: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, and unique device identifiers.
  • Usage Data: Pages visited, time spent on pages, links clicked, referring URLs, and other interactions with the StationMax website.
  • Cookies & Similar Technologies: We use cookies, pixels, and similar tracking technologies.

2.3 Information from Third Parties

  • Payment Processor: Stripe may provide us with transaction status, fraud risk assessments, and limited payment information necessary to fulfill orders and process refunds.
  • Shipping Carrier: UPS may provide delivery status, tracking information, and delivery confirmation.
  • Analytics Providers: Third-party analytics services may provide aggregated usage data about visitors to the StationMax website.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • Order Fulfillment: Process purchases, ship products, manage subscriptions, process refunds and returns.

  • Shipping Carrier (UPS): To fulfill and deliver hardware orders, including your name and shipping address.
  • Service Providers: Third-party vendors who assist with website hosting, analytics, email delivery, and customer support, subject to confidentiality obligations.
  • Legal Obligations: When required by law, regulation, subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of StationMax, our customers, or others.
  • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Account information is retained for the duration of your account and for a reasonable period thereafter. Transaction records are retained for at least seven (7) years for tax and accounting purposes.

We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may access and update your account information at any time by logging into your StationMax account or by contacting us at sales@stationmax.com.

7.2 Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your personal information by contacting us. We will process your request in accordance with applicable law. Certain information may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention, financial record-keeping).

7.3 Marketing Opt-Out

You may opt out of receiving promotional emails by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in any marketing email or by contacting us. Opting out of marketing communications does not affect transactional emails (e.g., order confirmations, shipping notifications).

8. Children's Privacy

StationMax products and services are intended for individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected information from a person under 18, we will delete that information promptly. If you believe a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

The StationMax website may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party website you visit.
